Every Kastoor piece is made to last a lifetime — and beyond. These guidelines will help you protect its softness, structure, and the heirloom heritage craft held within every thread.

Dry Clean Only Always. No exceptions. Trust a professional with fine natural fibres.
Store in Your Kastoor Box Your signature box is your shawl's home. Store it folded, protected, preserved.
Refold Every 2–3 Months When not in use. Opening and refolding keeps the pashmina fresh and protects it from crease damage over time.
Do Not Hang for Long Pashmina responds to gravity. Fold, don't hang.
Keep Away From Sunlight. Humidity. Perfume. Rough surfaces.
Let It Breathe A brief rest in open air between wears goes a long way.
For Extended Storage Wrap in a soft pouch or tissue before returning to the box.
